At Classic Holidays, we strive to offer competitive and value-driven pricing. Our “Lowest Rate Challenge” is designed to assure customers of fair pricing, subject to the terms below.

To qualify for the Lowest Rate Challenge:

1. The lower rate must be for the same travel service, including:

   • Same airline / hotel

   • Same travel dates

   • Same room category / fare class

   • Same cancellation policy

   • Same inclusions

2. The competing offer must be publicly available and verifiable.

3. The rate must be in the same currency.

4. The claim must be submitted before full payment or within 24 hours of booking confirmation (whichever is earlier).

2. Valid Competitor Sources

Eligible competitor sources include:

• Reputed Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)

• Airline official websites

• Hotel official websites

We do not match prices from:

• Member-only websites

• Coupon-based deals

• Flash sales

• Corporate or group discounts

• Error fares

• Auction platforms

3. Verification Process

1. Customer must submit:

   • Screenshot of lower rate

   • Link to website

   • Date and time of availability

2. We reserve the right to independently verify availability and authenticity.

3. If the lower rate is unavailable at the time of verification, the claim will be declined.

4. Approval & Adjustment

If verified and approved:

• We may match the price, OR

• Offer equivalent travel credit, OR

• Provide an alternative value benefit at our discretion

Price matching is subject to supplier approval and fare rules.

5. Exclusions

Lowest Rate Challenge does not apply to:

• Visa services

• Travel insurance

• Customized holiday packages with dynamic pricing

• Peak season surge pricing

• Last-minute inventory

• Currency fluctuation differences

• Taxes imposed after booking

6. Limitation of Liability

Classic Holidays reserves the right to:

• Reject any claim deemed fraudulent or misleading

• Modify or withdraw this policy without prior notice

• Limit liability strictly to the service fee charged

All decisions regarding eligibility and approval under this policy shall be final and binding.
