RESERVATION POLICY

This Reservation Policy governs all bookings made with Classic Holidays (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By making a reservation, the customer agrees to the terms stated below.


1. Booking Confirmation

  1. Reservations are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.

  2. A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon:

    • Receipt of required advance/full payment, and

    • Written confirmation issued by us via email or official communication.

  3. Verbal confirmations shall not be considered legally binding.


2. Advance Payment Requirement

  1. Certain services require partial advance payment to block seats/rooms.

  2. Some promotional or special fares may require 100% upfront payment.

  3. Failure to pay within the stipulated deadline may result in automatic cancellation without notice.


3. Price Validity

  1. All quotations are subject to change until full payment is received.

  2. Prices may vary due to:

    • Airline fare revisions

    • Hotel rate changes

    • Currency fluctuations

    • Fuel surcharges

    • Government taxes

  3. Any increase imposed by suppliers must be borne by the customer.


4. Documentation Requirement

Customers must provide accurate and complete documentation including:

  • Valid passport

  • Visa (if required)

  • Identification proof

  • Travel details

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in cancellation, denial of boarding, or visa rejection, for which the Company shall not be liable.


5. Third-Party Supplier Terms

All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of respective third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, visa agencies, and insurance companies.

Classic Holidays acts only as an intermediary and shall not be responsible for:

  • Overbooking

  • Schedule changes

  • Supplier insolvency

  • Operational disruptions


6. Modification of Reservation

  1. Any request for changes must be made via registered email.

  2. Amendments are subject to supplier approval and availability.

  3. Additional charges and fare differences may apply.

  4. Service fees for modification are non-refundable.


7. Cancellation of Reservation

  1. Cancellation must be made in writing via registered email.

  2. Cancellation charges shall apply as per supplier policy.

  3. Our professional service fees remain strictly non-refundable.


8. Special Requests

Requests such as:

  • Specific seat selection

  • Meal preference

  • Early check-in / late checkout

  • Adjacent rooms

are subject to supplier discretion and are not guaranteed.


9. No Show Policy

Failure to utilize confirmed services without prior cancellation will be treated as “No Show” and shall be 100% non-refundable.


10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for reservation failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemic

  • Government restrictions

  • Airline strikes

  • Political unrest


11. Right to Refuse or Cancel Reservation

We reserve the absolute right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any reservation:

  • Due to pricing or system errors

  • Fraud suspicion

  • Supplier withdrawal

  • Regulatory compliance

without prior notice and without liability beyond refund of amount received (if applicable).
