These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “User”, “Customer”) and Classic Holidays (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing this website or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms without limitation or qualification.
If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of this website and services.
1. LEGAL STATUS OF COMPANY
Classic Holidays acts strictly as a travel facilitator and intermediary agent between customers and third-party service providers including but not limited to:
Airlines
Hotels
Cruise operators
Visa agencies
Transport providers
Railway authorities
Insurance providers
We do not own, operate, manage, or control these third-party service providers.
Accordingly, we shall not be liable for acts, omissions, negligence, insolvency, bankruptcy, overbooking, cancellations, or failures of any third party.
2. NO GUARANTEE POLICY
Classic Holidays does not guarantee:
Visa approval
Seat availability
Specific airline schedules
Hotel room categories
Early check-in / late checkout
Travel insurance claims
Immigration clearance
All services remain subject to availability and third-party confirmation.
3. STRICT PAYMENT TERMS
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of agreed advance or full payment.
All prices are subject to revision until full payment is received.
Failure to pay within stipulated time automatically cancels booking without liability on us.
Bank charges, payment gateway fees, forex charges are borne by customer.
We reserve absolute discretion to cancel any booking due to pricing errors, system errors, or supplier withdrawal without prior notice.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICE CHARGES
All professional service fees, consultation fees, itinerary planning fees, visa assistance charges, and convenience charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
5.1 Customer Cancellation
Cancellation must be made via registered email only.
Cancellation charges apply as per airline/hotel/supplier policy.
Our service fee is 100% non-refundable.
Refund will only be processed after receipt from third-party supplier.
If supplier denies refund, we hold no liability.
5.2 No Show
No show cases are 100% non-refundable.
5.3 Visa Rejection
Visa fees, consultation charges, documentation charges are strictly non-refundable regardless of outcome.
5.4 Processing Time
Refund timelines (7–90 working days) are indicative only and subject to banking channels. We are not responsible for banking delays.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid to us.
We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
We are not liable for loss of baggage, loss of documents, missed flights, hotel denial, visa rejection, deportation, health emergencies, or travel disruptions.
Customer travels entirely at their own risk.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay due to:
Natural disasters
Floods
Earthquakes
Pandemic
Government restrictions
Political unrest
Airline strike
War
Civil disturbance
Technical system failures
No refunds shall be guaranteed in such circumstances.
8. TRAVEL DOCUMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Customer is solely responsible for:
Passport validity
Visa requirements
Transit visa
Vaccination requirements
Immigration compliance
Any loss due to incomplete documentation is entirely customer’s responsibility.
9. PRICE FLUCTUATION CLAUSE
Airfare, hotel rates, currency exchange rates, fuel surcharge, and government taxes may change without prior notice. Any increase must be borne by the customer even after booking confirmation if imposed by supplier.
10. WEBSITE USE RESTRICTIONS
Users shall not:
Attempt hacking
Copy website content
Use bots or automated tools
Post defamatory content
Initiate fraudulent chargebacks
In case of fraudulent chargebacks, we reserve the right to initiate civil and criminal proceedings.
PRIVACY POLICY
We collect personal data solely for operational purposes.
We reserve the right to:
Share information with legal authorities if required.
Disclose information in case of fraud investigation.
Retain data for legal compliance and dispute resolution.
We do not accept liability for data breaches caused by third-party systems or cyber attacks beyond reasonable control.

BO CLAUSE
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
INDEMNITY CLAUSE
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Classic Holidays, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, legal expenses, or costs arising out of:
Breach of terms
Travel disruptions
Visa rejection
Third-party service failure
Fraudulent payment disputes
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
Applicable Law: Laws of India.
TERMINATION RIGHTS
We reserve the unconditional right to:
Refuse service
Cancel bookings
Terminate website access
Without assigning any reason.
