Our Payment Options

Classic Holidays provides multiple secure payment methods for customer convenience. By making a payment, you agree to the terms mentioned below.



1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment modes:

💳 Credit / Debit Cards

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • RuPay
    (Card payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.)

🏦 Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)

Customers may transfer payment directly to our official company bank account.
Booking confirmation will be issued only after funds are reflected in our account.

📲 UPI Payments

UPI payments can be made through approved UPI IDs shared by the company.

🌐 Online Payment Gateway

Payments can be made via our secure online payment link available on our website.


2. Payment Confirmation

  1. Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of cleared funds.

  2. Payment acknowledgment via screenshot is not considered proof of payment until funds are credited.

  3. In case of payment failure, customers must contact their respective bank/payment provider.


3. Transaction Charges

  • Payment gateway charges, convenience fees, forex mark-up, and bank charges (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • International transactions may attract additional bank fees.


4. Currency

  • All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

  • In case of foreign currency payments, exchange rate differences shall be borne by the customer.


5. Partial Payments & Installments

  • Certain bookings may allow partial advance payment.

  • Balance payment must be cleared before ticket issuance / voucher release.

  • Failure to complete payment within deadline may result in automatic cancellation.


6. Fraud Prevention

Classic Holidays reserves the right to:

  • Request identity verification for high-value transactions.

  • Cancel bookings in case of suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Initiate legal proceedings in case of fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.


7. Chargeback Policy

In case of unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks:

  • We reserve the right to recover dues along with legal costs.

  • Customer may be blacklisted from future bookings.


8. BO Clause (As per Banking Requirement)

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
